I don't understand the slang/shorthand used by people on the internet/im. (OMG, LOL etc). Whats the point of im. Why not just call the person. It takes the same amount of time.
cell phones - putting in a phone number that you most likely will use more than once, without saving it, and, if you use it often, without assigning a voice dial.
After sending a staff newsletter to the group list, I might pull up the email and check off each name to be sure that the email actually was sent out to everyone on the group list.
